ABOUT THE PRACTICE

The goal of the practice is to provide high quality outpatient healthcare to help you and your family enjoy life to its fullest.  With a strong focus on prevention, this practice strives to avoid the development of medical problems and to resolve or minimize the impact of conditions which develop.  We seek to do this in a relaxed and comfortable setting where you will spend your valuable time with Dr. Gates rather than in the waiting room.   We see all ages and care for multiple generations of many families.

As your medical home, most issues can be addressed by caregivers familiar with your history.  Dr. Gates can coordinate care with other providers and facilities as your advocate to prevent unnecessary tests and help make sure you are getting the right care.  When referral to a specialist is necessary, the best care option is always sought in terms of qualification, communication and bedside manner.  We care for adults and children in the outpatient setting.  Should admission to a hospital be required, a doctor specializing in hospital care will supervise your care during that time.
